Intention-Setting Doodles invites you to release the pressure to reinvent yourself and instead choose what you want to invite into your life this year—through simple, playful doodling.

You’ll be guided through a calming breath-and-draw practice to settle your nervous system, followed by a creative intention mandala that helps you clarify what matters most right now—without forcing answers or outcomes. This isn’t about rigid goals or perfect plans. It’s about beginning from trust, presence, and grace.
