The Doodle Lab isn’t another thing on your to-do list — it’s your permission slip to exhale.
This is where creativity meets grace, and pressure turns into peace.
No art skills required — just a pen, paper, an open heart, and a little faith.
Slow the swirl — Simple, guided doodle practices calm your nervous system and hush your inner critic.
Feel God’s presence again — Find Him in the quiet, colorful moments where your soul finally breathes.
Rediscover play — Turn reflection into something lighthearted, joyful, and deeply healing.
Build rhythms of grace — Create sacred, sustainable pauses that help you show up with more peace and purpose.
Remember who you are — A woman created to rest, laugh, create, and live fully — without the pressure to perform.
The Doodle Lab is where faith, creativity, and compassion come together — one doodle, one breath, one moment of grace at a time.
You love God but sometimes feel distant — and you’re longing for simple, creative ways to reconnect with His peace and presence.
You’re weary from carrying everyone else’s needs and quietly wonder where you went in the process.
Your inner critic gets loud, and you’re ready to learn how to listen for grace instead.
You crave rest, joy, and laughter but feel guilty slowing down — like everything might fall apart if you do.
You’ve tried the “fix yourself” approach and realized what your heart really needs is kindness, not more pressure.

Here’s how it works:

Doodling engages your brain in a way that quiets mental chatter and shifts your focus from “What’s wrong with me?” to “What’s possible for me?” It’s hands-on, calming, and surprisingly powerful for creating space to think clearly, feel deeply, and connect with grace in your everyday moments.
Absolutely. You don’t need to be “good at drawing” for this to work. This isn’t about making something pretty — it’s about using doodles as a gentle, creative tool to slow your mind, release tension, and see yourself with more kindness. You’ll leave each session with simple techniques you can use anytime, no matter your skill level.
Yes — and it’s not about adding “one more thing” to your to-do list. Each one-hour session is designed as a break from the noise. Even a short daily pause can help reset your nervous system, spark new perspectives, and give you tools you’ll return to long after the workshop is over.
The Doodle Lab isn’t just about creativity — it’s about combining playful doodling, mindful reflection, and personal coaching so you can see real shifts in how you speak to yourself and how you show up in your life. It’s interactive, supportive, and anchored in compassion.
Each live workshop includes interactive exercises, time for guided reflection, and space for live coaching. You can ask questions, share your experiences, or simply observe — whatever feels best for you.
Yes! All sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the replays, so you can catch up or revisit any part you want to experience again.

"I just want to help women hate themselves less."

I created The Doodle Lab because I know what it’s like to be everything for everyone… while quietly running on empty. For years, I let my worth be measured by how much I could give and how well I could hide my exhaustion.
Everything changed when I started using doodling, prayer, and creative play to slow down and listen for God’s whisper: “You’re already enough.”
The Doodle Lab is your invitation to do the same — to pause, create, reflect, and let grace in. In each "lab", we’ll hush the inner critic, breathe a little deeper, and see ourselves the way God already does: loved, worthy, and whole.
