Over time, that constant mental tracking becomes exhausting — even if everything “looks fine” on the outside.

The Mental Load Map is a steady, validating session designed to help you externalize overwhelm in a way that feels relieving rather than shaming.

Through gentle nervous system grounding and guided doodling, you’ll visually map the thoughts, responsibilities, and pressures you’ve been holding — without rushing to fix or organize them.

This isn’t about becoming more efficient. It’s about becoming more honest.

Using simple shapes, words, and symbols, you’ll create a visual map of your mental load and gently notice what may not actually belong to you.

You’ll leave with:

· A clearer picture of what you’ve been carrying

· Relief that comes from naming invisible labor

· A simple three-step filter (delegate, delay, drop)

· A small, doable practice for carrying less this week
